We prioritize the quick processing and shipping of orders to ensure timely delivery. As a result, cancellations can only be accommodated if your order hasn't yet been prepared for shipping by our logistics team. Once the shipping process begins, it becomes challenging to halt it. Therefore, early notification is crucial for a seamless transaction.
Should you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us immediately upon placing your order at support@ozzimozzie.com.au. If you need us to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch as soon as you can. Once an order is in our system, it can’t be edited and we can’t usually stop our warehouse from completing the shipping process once it has started, so it’s important that you let us know as early as possible.
If we manage to intercept your order before shipping, we'll proceed with the cancellation and issue a full refund. However, if the shipment process has already started, you can still return the order to us in accordance with our Returns Policy to receive a refund.
