To request changes to your order, please reach out to us immediately upon placing your order at support@ozzimozzie.com.au. If you need us to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch as soon as you can. Once an order is in our system, it can’t be edited and we can’t usually stop our warehouse from completing the shipping process once it has started, so it’s important that you let us know as early as possible.
If we can stop your order before it ships, we'll be happy to accommodate any changes you wish to make, and you'll receive a partial refund if you choose to remove an item. If we can't intercept the shipment, don't worry! You can still return the item(s) you wished to remove to us in accordance with our Returns Policy, and receive a refund for those item(s).
